We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pehnan purchase.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only for eligible products, and within 2 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Products that have been damaged, altered, washed or worn may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale, discounted, customised or made-to-order items may be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
• Delivery charges may be non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was from Pehnan’s side.
